I am a single mother of four children, and before I met Jethro House Rwanda, my life was filled with unimaginable hardship. Every day was a struggle to find food, and I had no proper home to call my own. The place where I lived was a rundown slum house with no locks, leaving us constantly vulnerable to danger.
I lived in constant fear, often imagining wild animals coming for us at night. The rainy season terrified me because my house could not even protect us from the rain. We had nothing — no mattresses, no bed linens, no basic kitchen supplies. We were living in the deepest despair.
But then, everything changed when I met Jethro House Rwanda. They gave me a home — something I never imagined I would have. They provided food, kitchen essentials, mattresses, and bedcovers for my children and me. They even paid for our medical insurance, ensuring we had access to the care we needed.
As if that wasn’t enough, they gave me a pig to help support my family. I cannot begin to express how deeply grateful I am for their love and compassion. They didn’t just give me material things — they gave me hope, they gave me a future.
My heart is overflowing with gratitude, and I pray that Almighty God continues to bless Jethro House Rwanda for the incredible difference they have made in my life.
